How to apply

Prepare
Gather your portfolio files, your IC details, and the links to your Instagram or website.

Submit
Sign in to a Google account, answer every question, and send the form before the closing date. Only shortlisted candidates are contacted for an interview.

Wait
Shortlisted applicants are called for a panel interview. Ten designers are then announced.

Questions
Is there a fee?
No. Applying is free, and the programme carries a stipend and grant support for the selected cohort.
Do I need a registered company?
No. The brand or company field on the form is optional, and self-taught makers are read on the same terms as graduates.
Why do I need a Google account?
The form uploads portfolio files, which Google requires a signed-in account for. Any Google account will do.
Can I apply from Sabah or Sarawak?
Yes. The open call covers East and West Malaysia. Attendance at physical workshops in Kuala Lumpur is the one requirement to weigh.
When will I hear back?
Shortlisted applicants are contacted for a panel interview. Interview and announcement dates are confirmed closer to the closing date.
